Withdrawal & complaint
How does the return process work if I want to return all or part of my order?
If you have ordered an item and want to return it for any reason, please fill out the cancellation form online. You can then return the incorrectly ordered item to our head office. Please insure that the goods are in original condition. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs in this case.

I have received the wrong item?
If you have been sent an incorrect item, simply send us an email to info@sautershop.com with a request for an exchange or call us on phone.
You will then receive a return label for the incorrectly delivered item and we will bear the costs for the return.
I have received a defect item?
If you have received a defective item, please send us an e-mail immediately to info@sautershop.com with the subject "Complaint". Please briefly describe the reason for the complaint in your e-mail to us and if the defect is visible, please include appropriate photos in the attachment.
We will then send you a return label as soon as possible. As soon as we have received the defective goods, we will either send a replacement or refund the cost of the item.
